Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns are at your own expense, we recommend to send the parcel using an insured and traceable service, as if we do't receive the parcel we would unfortunately not be able to refund your purchase.

If you are returning within Sweden the shipping cost from when you got parcel will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Made to order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping within Sweden

Shipping within Sweden is free on all the orders above 499 kr, on orders below 500 kr the shipping cost is 59 kr with traceable parcel service provided by PostNord.

Express Shipping within Sweden is 129 kr with DHL

Shipping Woldwide

Worldwide shipping cost is 155kr (about 15 euros). Free shipping is applied to orders above 1000 kr (about 100 euros). All shipping parcels are traceable and sent with PostNord. Delivery times vary from 4 to 8 working days within Europe.

Express Shipping takes about 1-3 working days within Europe and costs 299 kr (about 30 euros) and is sent with DHL.

Shipping costs can vary in accordance to our service supplier prices. 

Taxes and Tariffs

Taxes are applied to the price, any tariffs applied by your country outside European Union is not calculated in the price and would be at your expense.
